Raised in Northern California, I started working in construction right out of high school building new and remodeling homes, commercial buildings, shopping centers, restaurants & schools. My ongoing home repair business keeps me current with new trends and technology in the industry.
After moving to Northwest Arkansas, I began buying and remodeling investment properties. Earning a real estate license in 2004 has allowed me to offer my knowledge and skills to buyers, sellers, and investors just like you. Monica was born and raised in California. Now lives in Springdale, Arkansas with her husband and 3 children and two dogs. Arkansas has been their home for more than 15 years. Monica loves to listen to music, while enjoying time with her growing family. When Monica is not actively selling homes, Monica can be found helping at St. Raphael Catholic Church or helping at kids schools and sometimes traveling to a beach.
